DINNER MENU
Appetizer: Portobello Mushroom Galette: with Caramelized Onions, Herbed Goat Cheese, Tomato Confit with Baby Mache
Entree - Option 1:
Pan Seared French Breast Chicken with Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Pancetta, Red Grape and Fig Ragout.
Entree - Option 2: Roasted Pepper & Ricotta Ravioli: Fire Roasted Sweet Red Peppers & Creamy Ricotta in Rosemary Pasta, Asparagus Cream (vegetarian)
Dessert: Normandy Apple Tart with Praline-Caramel Ice Cream: Thinly Sliced Granny Smith Apples tossed with Cinnamon & Sugar Baked into a Flaky Puff Pastry & Drizzled with Caramel.
FEES:
Membership Dues 2007/2008 - $10
Dinner and Program - $50 or $60 (non-member)
Program Only - $10 or $15 (non-member)
Membership dues are customarily due in the Fall; please remit your 2007/2008 membership dues now.

experience.
To make an online payment, you will only need a credit card - a PayPal user account is not required. The links below will take you to the NYTSL payments site on PayPal where you will be prompted to enter your payment information. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your registration is received.If paying through PayPal, it is not necessary to submit a paper form for your dinner selection.
